openaction movie about hindu gods Western Animation
i watched this thing in mid/late 2000s on a (probably pirate) dvd. it's some kind of cgi animation. the first setting is a modern city, the protagonist is a western blonde girl with a pet dog, living in a skyscraper. she meets some dude when her dog runs in front of his motorcycle. the dude will be important to the plot later. her friend is kidnapped or something, and someone is targeting the blonde girl, th above mentioned dude is helping her. the plot revolves around hinduism and their mythology, i remember the goddess kali and krishna, bengal tigers, labyrinth ruins etc. the bad guy looks like some kind of criminal organisation boss, he has resources and like hologram technology. any ideas?
openChildren's animated 2D cartoon series with blueish color scheme Western Animation
I can't remember any names of the characters, however I do vaguely remember what some of the characters looked like. Most of them were clearly not human, but some did closely resemble one. (Not human, as in, having body features such as clean white faces, bean-like fingers and toes and strange but cute ears and noses.)
One of the characters, which I remember the clearest, was this white-faced kid with monkey ears, wearing a woolly hat. He wandered around dragging a red cart to which he collected invisible stones every now and then.
One was a small flying mixture of a cloud and a showman. This creature's name I think was like "Pom" or "Pou" or something like that and I remember the show's name being very close to the name of one of the characters. Not at all sure though.
Another was this large and tall, eggplant-shaped blueish "thing" with four feet and a cute face and large eyes who could reform their body at will. They also might have had some red and orange polygonal spots scattered around their body if I remember correctly. I also remember a small child who was obsessed with his wooden building blocks which I think there were 13 of them.
The color scheme I think was overall mostly blueish gray and orange.
I was pretty small when I first saw this so that might have affected my perception of everything but I remember the events of the show being very random, as well as the characters. Everyone did lots of weird things and no-one ever really questioned anything.
This aired in Finland and I watched it somewhere around 2004-2009 and I have absolutely no idea whether it was an originally Finnish cartoon or just dubbed.
open2d cartoon??? Help! Western Animation
I remember seeing this cartoon. It starred this girl and her pet cat. They ride in a limo. I saw an episode about mummies and Egypt and stuff. The girl was definitely POC. I think the cat was blue. I only saw a little bit of it, but then the channel was changed. What cartoon is this?
openEpisode of Arthur, "It's a made-up word"? Western Animation
I'm looking for an episode of Arthur with this conversation:
openAnimated TV Show in Late 90s/early 2000s Western Animation
I cannot find a trace of this show online and it's driving me insane. Basically it was this animated TV show that I think might have been either animated over live action or like a 2D CGI. (It was kind of a unique style. Like if you took A Scanner Darkly, made it ghetto and mixed it with Reboot, but then made everything 2D with static textures and patterns on clothing, for example.) It was some time in the late 90s/early 2000s, either Canadian or American. I thought it would have been on YTV or Teletoon, but I've searched both of their show lists and nothing is twigging my memory. It was something about this group of friends (2 guys, 2 girls, I think), and they had some sort of ability to leave their bodies and project themselves into ... I want to say dreams or alternate realities? I think they had some sort of memory loss that was a big part of the plot. And there was some sort of shady organization after them. I hope that's enough to go on. It was kind of for teens and adults, I'd say, rather than younger kids. Please help!
openA cartoon from my sister's childhood about a bear(?) Western Animation
So, as I said, my sister really wants to find a cartoon she used to watch. We scouted the net, but we can't find anything, so I suggested that I'll turn to TV Tropes.
But my sister doesn't remember much from it. Here's what we gathered:
- the main character is a bear(most likely - she assumes so, but she's not entirely sure) - a brown bear. - it doesn't contain human characters - there was an episode where the bear and his friends were going on a trip, and allegedly, they had an issue with the car, that it combined with them was too heavy and they rolled down a hill in the end? (Only translating what my sister said) - the animation style was bad - low-quality, my sister suggests it was old but we don't know that - one of the friends of the main character might've been a giraffe, but that's unsure - the bear ate ketchup at some point(maybe more points), that something my sister clearly remembers happening. - the bear used to go to the grocery store often
That's it. It used to air on a Czech children's TV programme called Déčko, but I don't think it was a Czech cartoon, because we didn't find it on the programme's website(it usually lists all the Czech series they air but only some of the international ones), but it's possible it was Czech.
I don't think anyone will get anything from this, but my sister would really like to find out what it is, so I offered to ask TV Tropes. Thanks in advance for any pointers!
openAn episode from an old bulldog, cat and mouse cartoon (Not Tom and jerry) (FOUND!!!) Western Animation
From what I remember, the episode goes like this:
There was this mouse and cat in a house fighting, and then the mouse challenges the cat to go stand up to the dog outside in the backyard. The cat accepts.
The dog is under his dog house chewing on a bone in a bowl, when the cat slowly approached the dog talking to him trying to confront him and act tough. The dog got mad once, and the cat ran away and climbed on top of the backyard door really quickly. The cat tried to confront the dog again, talking to him a second time and the dog scared the cat again and the cat, again, ran and climbed up on top of the backyard door.
When the cat tried to approach the dog a 3rd time, the cat accidentally slammed the bowl into the dog's face (the bowl had some sort of liquid in it that splashed into the dog's face). The dog (bulldog btw) got really mad, got up and was about to chase the cat. The backyard door that the cat used as refuge slammed shut from the wind and when the cat tried to run away again to climb on top of it, he got up in the air, noticed that the door was not there anymore, dropped down and then continued running into the house.
The dog ran after him and the nail that held his leash to the ground detached from the ground setting him free. The dog chased the cat into the house. During this part of the cartoon, the camera remains outside the house following the movements of the dog and the cat from behind the wall. Only the footsteps of the dog and cat can be heard from outside. They both run up the stairs and into a room until they reach a dead end where the dog eventually catches up to the cat and beats him up. I remember the dead end being a flat wall with a blue, opaque circular window on the side!
The cat, after being beaten up by the dog the first time, runs back from the dead end and towards it again. The dog beats up the cat again. Breaking glass and meowing can be heard as the dog is beating up the cat. The same thing happens a few more times before the scene fades out. Then, the camera shows the mouse sitting on a pillow chilling. The camera then zooms out to show the cat standing above the mouse with a few injuries, especially a rope holding his arm up from being broken. The cat was looking down at the mouse with an angered expression. The cat was resting his head on his hand when he was looking down at the mouse waiting before trying to attack the mouse for setting him up to get beaten up by the dog.
This is as far as I can remember.
__________________________________________
A few additional details from memory (could be wrong):
- I'm not too sure but I remember the mouse being sort of skinny. - Both the mouse and cat were talking. I vividly remember they had a texas accent and talked sort of slowly. The bulldog never spoke. He only growled and barked (especially when chasing the cat). - The animation wasn't as good as that of tom and jerry or loony toons. It was a pretty old cartoon. It wasn't a black and white cartoon though, not like betty boop (for example). - I remember the cat being either orange or black (no not Sylvester, again it was a not-so-well-known cartoon.) - I remember the entrance of the house that the dog and cat ran into had a very short flight of steps at the front door. - I remember the dog being close to the colors of beige or yellow. (I might be wrong) - I remember the walls of the house that the chase happened in were white. (Might be wrong)
I tried to ask Chat GPT to identify the episode, and he recommended some cartoons such as "Herman and Katnip", but I looked through most of their episodes and none of them were the ones I'm looking for. I even tried to ask Snapchat AI and even he didn't find it.
Please help me find this episode, I have been looking for it for ages desperate to know the name. If there are any questions, or any additional details you are trying to look for, please let me know. Will be forever grateful to the one that finds the name!
Edited by JustsomeuseropenRefusing to believe the prankster really died. Western Animation
Looking for an episode of a cartoon show where a character’s elderly friend died, but she firmly believes it’s another prank he’s pulling. After his funeral, she asks why he didn’t show up. Then she’s given a box filled with his personal effects, which is what finally convinces her that he’s really dead.

Edited by mitzioletopenCartoon mentioned in DAAFOM page Western Animation
What is the cartoon that's mentioned in the last section of DoubleStandardAbuseFemaleOnMale/WesternAnimation? It was supposed to mention the title, but only says the description:
"A fair number of older cartoon shorts featured large abusive wives taking things out on smaller and weaker husbands, including a man that discovered a way to make magical holes leading anywhere. When he tosses his wife into one at the end when finally fed up with her we find it leads to Hell as Satan tosses her back out."
Edited by CeaselessPhoenicopterineopenCartoon. Magic wands shaped like a wooden spoon and a star. Had to enter ‘password’ to use magic Western Animation
Help please. Have tried searching in vain for the name of an old cartoon. The story centres around this woman who has magical powers. She lives with her father. Her wand has a star at the tip and his is shaped like a wooden spoon. Both of them are ‘password protected’ in that you have to move the star or spoon bowl around in a certain combination in order to be able to cast any spells. The cartoon is about an evil wizard trying to steal both wands and their unlock codes in order to use them in a scheme. I also remember a scene where the daughter is in a shop and they sell these coloured balls which I think are supposed to be enchantments. She runs into a man and has a meet ute where they knock all these balls down and try to sort them out. Please help, can’t find anything throughout the google.
Edited by SantaryopenCartoon with two pigs Western Animation
A weird animated film, possibly of European origin. Stars two antropomorphic pigs as main characters - they might have been brothers or not. There's also a human man who tricks and tries to eat them. I remember a vaguely unsettling atmosphere.

Edited by FarwyndopenShow where an episode had a And I Must Scream situation as it's central plot? Western Animation
I remember being 8 years old back when i saw this, don't remember the name of the show or even the characters since i was playing in my Nintendo DS while everything happened. What i DO remember is the central plot of the show and it's I Must Scream situation which has haunted me ever since.
The main character is captured by a girl who seems to be the main villain or at least a important bad guy and is strapped to a bed while she explains that she captured many kids and is using them as power source to a suit of sorts by sucking them with some sort of vaccum cleaner and were kept still alive inside small cells. If i remember correctly the character avoids this fate by tricking the vaccum to suck a piece of paper in his place, but i can't remember the rest because the scene actually scared me and i went to my bedroom to stop watching it. Does anyone have any idea where this is from?
openComputer Animated Web/TV Show, Late 00s Early 10s Western Animation
Hey everyone, this one might end up being a complete shot in the dark but it's worth a try. It was a show that aired mainly in the very early mornings (3am-ish maybe?) on Channel 4 in the UK sometime around the late 00s and early 10s, and may have originally started or have been a web original. The show was entirely CG and was less animation and a series of singular computer-generated images with character narration over top. The main character was a Scientist who looked surprisingly like Shepard from Mass Effect. The series had a post-apocalyptic setting of some kind. I also believe the main character was trekking across some sort of land (Maybe America?) with his daughter, though that might not be as true as I remember it.
Thanks ahead of time!
open(SOLVED!) Gigantic Gulp, Asteroid, Field Trip, and Potty Emergency? Western Animation
This is something I've been looking for for years. It seems so quintessentially "American Cartoon from the Early 2000s", but I seriously can't find anything that jogs my memory! I'm not sure why I'm so fixated on this relatively unexceptional example of Western Animation, but it's one of my strongest childhood memories.
I remember that it aired relatively late at night when I saw it. I also vaguely remember looking forward to it, like when I saw it it was a hyped-up new release of a cartoon or perhaps a pilot. It probably aired anywhere from 2005 to 2009, but it could've been a rerun or I'm remembering it from longer ago than it actually was.
The art style of the cartoon, from what I can remember, was sketchy. Similar, maybe, to the Henry and June segments of Ka Blam! or Chalkzone. I remember the color scheme being mostly blues and whites.
The plot is relatively ordinary for a cartoon from that time. I think there were two protagonists, one of which was a boy, and the other was either a boy or a girl.
I believe that the set-up was that they were on a field trip to a space museum. One of the protagonists had a Gigantic Gulp either filled with soda or a slushie. They attempt to enter a presentation with their classmates, but they're stopped at the door because there are No Drinks Allowed. Rather than waste his precious Gigantic Gulp and throw it out in a trash can, conveniently located by the door, the character decides to drink all of it before entering.
So, the protagonists enter this presentation and soon, obviously, there is a Potty Emergency. I remember the characters searching wildly around and never being able to find a working bathroom. So, soon, looking for a bathroom, the characters mistakenly wander onto a working spaceship.
After that my memory is blurry, but I seem to remember the characters launching and then having to defend their classmates from an incoming asteroid?? I'm not sure how the story ended though.
This is something I desperately want to know if I made it up or if there's anyone else out there who remembers it or has footage of it!!!

I vaguely remember an animated show with a pink haired girl who had a ‘pet’ brain, not certain on air time, probably 2005-2009 period, on cbbc or citv. in most episodes the villager people would come after the brain claiming it did something. I keep trying to remember it but all i can think of is ‘Pinky and the brain’, which i know it is not as i searched it and have never seen an episode, however i know the theme song off by heart. Meaning what im describing may be a remade/spin off version. Possibly not.
The animation style is difficult to remember but is most likely western and flat layered. Not anime or 3D animation.
Any idea about this show is VERY APPRECIATED! Thanks in advance ^-^ (Any questions just ask)
